Orders and Delivery Times
All orders are sent by Registered Mail via CTT.
The registered mail allows us to have quick information about the status of the order.
Orders will be delivered within 5 working days after confirmation of payment.
The order will be delivered to the address entered in the purchase form (“Shipping Address”). If, due to absence, the order is not delivered by hand, a postcard with the order registration number is left. This postcard serves to pick up the order at the CTT station corresponding to the reception area.
You will be notified by the carrier about the day and period of delivery of the order.
If you do not receive the order or the CTT postcard within 2 working days following this notification, please contact us via email – email@example.com
Exchanges / returns of item(s) will only be made if defects are detected in the part or in the transfer, within 7 working days after receipt. No exchanges / returns will be made if the item has already been washed. We are not responsible for damage caused to the transfer due to misconduct in the washing process and that do not comply with the instructions referenced on the label. Weight of Articles
The weight was calculated by the largest piece of each item, therefore it is an approximate reference value.
All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force.
